How to Stay Healthy

Staying healthy is simple with good habits. First, eat a balanced diet—include fruits, vegetables, grains, and less junk food. I drink milk every morning and eat an apple as a snack. Second, exercise regularly. Walking, running, or dancing for 30 minutes a day keeps the body strong. I join a weekly basketball club with my friends. Third, get enough sleep. Most teens need 8-10 hours, so I go to bed before 10 pm. Finally, stay happy—laugh with friends and avoid stress. A healthy body means a happy life!
