Parents are the first teachers in a child’s life. They teach values like honesty and kindness. My mom always says, “Treat others as you want to be treated.” Parents also provide emotional support. When I failed a sports game, my dad hugged me and said, “Trying is more important than winning.” They sacrifice a lot for us—my parents wake up early to make breakfast and attend my school events. Their love and guidance shape who we become. I’m grateful for everything they do.
